Mama Paty's Albondigas are back at De Nada San Diego!
Chef Oz’s mom used to cook this delicious family stapple dish every other week or when chef Oz needed a little food for the soul. Call it a Monclova comfort food. One of the dishes that many families make, but with their own twist and personal touch of flavor. In the case of Chef Oz’s recipe, this plate of meatballs is served with a baked to order garlic-cotija mini baguette.
