Farewell from a Chef's Kitchen

Dear food lovers,
All shows must come to an end. As I bid farewell to my time as a chef, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the memories and meals shared in this kitchen. Cooking has always been my passion, and being able to bring joy to your taste buds through my dishes has been an absolute privilege. From the first crackling of the pan to the final flourish of the plate, I have cherished every moment spent in this kitchen. I am grateful for the ingredients that have made their way into my pots and pans, for the heat of the stove that has brought life to my creations, and for the team of culinary wizards who have worked alongside me to make magic with food. Most of all, I am grateful for you, my customers and friends. Your support and encouragement have made this journey all the sweeter, and seeing the smiles on your faces as you savored each dish will forever be a cherished memory. Although this chapter of my life as a chef and the life of De Nada (Cueva Bar) are coming to a close, I am excited for what's to come. Cooking will always be a part of me, and I will continue to share my love of food with others. So, don't say goodbye just yet, let's keep the flavors alive and who knows, our paths may cross again in the kitchen, farmer's markets, food events, or wine tastings.
We know how much many of you like our sangria, so be on the lookout for an email with instructions on how to pre-order from our final batch of sangria.
Our last day open will be Friday, February 24th.
Our days of operation will be Wednesday to Saturday, 5pm to close, you know, the usual.
In the meantime, high fiiive! Yours truly,
